Refund Policy

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, you may request a refund within three calendar days after an initial subscription purchase or renewal charge. Refund requests submitted after this three-day period are not eligible for a refund.

A request made within three days is reviewed rather than automatically approved. We may deny or reduce a refund when a substantial portion of the purchased credits has been used, generated files have been materially consumed or downloaded, the account shows fraud or abuse, or the customer has made repeated refund or chargeback requests.

The same three-day window applies to both monthly and annual charges. An annual plan is charged once for the year and its full annual credit allocation is added at once; it is not treated as twelve separate monthly purchases.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals and normally leaves access active until the end of the paid period. It does not reverse a completed payment. Submit a separate refund request within the three-day window when eligible.

If a charge is duplicated, appears unauthorized, or the purchased service cannot be delivered because of a verified Seed Audio failure, contact us promptly. We will investigate and apply any remedy required by law or appropriate to the circumstances.

Email hello@seed-audioai.org from the address used for your Seed Audio account. Include the account email, payment date, plan, Stripe invoice or receipt ID, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, the card network, and your bank. Refunded or disputed credits may be removed from your Seed Audio balance.
