We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate Seed Audio.

• Account information from Google sign-in, including your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier.
• Prompts, lyrics, audio, images, videos, generated outputs, and related settings that you submit to use a creation feature.
• Subscription, invoice, plan, and credit information. Stripe processes payment-card details; Seed Audio does not receive or store your full card number.
• Technical information such as browser type, device data, IP address, timestamps, error logs, and security events.

We use information to authenticate users, provide generation and file-processing services, maintain history and credits, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and usability.

To complete a request, submitted content may be sent to providers that support authentication, hosting, payments, storage, analytics, and AI generation. These can include Google, Stripe, Railway, KIE AI, APIMart, and their infrastructure providers. We share only what is reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature.

We retain account, billing, security, and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Creation inputs and outputs may remain in your history or in provider systems for the period needed to deliver and protect the service. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and billing-record requirements.

We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions, language preferences, security, and essential product behavior. Disabling essential storage can prevent login or other features from working.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries other than your own where our providers operate, subject to applicable protections.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can also disconnect Google access through your Google account and manage billing through the Seed Audio subscription portal.

Seed Audio is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age in their jurisdiction. We may update this policy as the product or law changes and will post the revised effective date here.
