Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting access to your Google account and Seed Audio session.

Seed Audio provides AI-assisted music, voice, audio, and media workflows. Features, models, limits, and third-party providers can change. Generated content may contain errors, may not be unique, and is not guaranteed to satisfy a particular creative, commercial, or legal requirement.

You retain rights you already hold in content you upload. You grant Seed Audio and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You must have all rights and consents needed for uploaded music, images, videos, lyrics, and voices.

Do not clone, imitate, or transform another person’s voice or likeness without valid permission. You may not use Seed Audio for impersonation, fraud, deception, harassment, or unlawful biometric or publicity-rights use.

You may not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, bypass limits, reverse engineer protected systems, overload the service, resell access without permission, or create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or dangerous content.

Prices and included credits are shown before checkout. Monthly plans add the stated monthly credits after purchase and each successful monthly renewal. Annual plans charge once for the year and add the stated full-year credits after purchase and each successful annual renewal. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless Seed Audio expressly allows it.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the account menu. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, so you keep access through that date and no further renewal is charged. Cancellation does not itself create a refund; the Refund Policy applies.

As between you and Seed Audio, and to the extent permitted by law and third-party terms, you may use your generated outputs. You are responsible for checking originality, licenses, likeness rights, and distribution requirements before publishing or monetizing an output.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seed Audio disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or third-party claims arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, or legal requirements. We may update these terms and will publish the revised effective date. Contact us before starting a dispute so we can try to resolve it promptly.
